We had such a great experience with Brian Cardiff and Advantage Pool Company! They built us a beautiful pool, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Brian was super patient, attentive, and easy to work with. What really impressed me was his willingness to help preserve our existing wall when other companies said it couldn’t be done. The best! If you’re looking for someone who is precise and has attention to detail, then look no further. Brian Cardiff and his team have gone beyond building our pool to extending service. He’s always been there years later for any questions or repairs or issues that may come with the longevity of the pool . We went with plaster versus pebble tech, because it just stays so nice, bright and white, and had some ceramic designs inlaid, and added solar for the pool. and if he can build pools and is interested by pool inspectors, I felt that was a really good résumé.Well done.

Brian and his team built the most amazing pool I have ever seen. It’s 5 years later and everything is still as amazing as the day it was completed. They pick up the phone whenever I have a question or need advise. Fantastic business and even better people. I had the great fortune to pick Brian’s company, Advantage Pools Bay Area. I had unusual (some could say impractical)  ideas about how to fit a pool into my “front” yard. It was a unique and problematic project. Instead of trying to talk me out of my ideas, Brian collaborated with me to make sure the pool was a success and that I was happy with the outcome. Due to the nature of the positioning of the pool there were several hurdles with the Permit Office.  Brian’s personal reputation and positive relationships with those in the office as well as his creative problem solving kept the project moving forward. This asset is invaluable and I could not have foreseen its need at the start of the project. We began early 2020 just ahead of the pandemic. Brian worked through all hurdles and kept up with timely communications with me and the subcontractors during this difficult time. His professionalism and calm demeanor was greatly appreciated. It also has to be noted that Advantage Pools Bay Area goes above and beyond using upgraded materials like thicker rebar than other contractors and for that I am grateful! Advantage Pools Bay Area stands by its work. When something comes up (often user error!) Brian and his people are there to lend a hand either providing information or coming to the site to see the issue themselves. A couple years after project completion rats ate through some wires creating a critical problem. Advantage Pools Bay Area and their subcontractors came out and solved the problem no charge even though this definitely was not covered under the warranty. They answer the phone and my questions consistently to this day and I am confident they will be there tomorrow. There are many pool companies out there that could have built my pool. I doubt there’s another out there that would have done it with the professionalism and pride that Advantage Pools Bay Area did. Great experience working with Brian and Jarrett at Advantage Pools Bay Area. My pool was completed on schedule, the contractor's were courteous and professional and I love the finished product! I highly recommend them.
