We have never met a more honest and helpful person than Brian. The way he helped transform our swamp of a pool into a beautiful, newly remodeled pool was phenomenal. The crew was fast, efficient, clean and very knowledgeable. We have recommended Advantage Pools to all our friends.

We recently worked with Brian with Advantage Pools and had a wonderful experience. Brian was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The pool came out beautiful and our family couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We're really looking forward to summer and spending lots of time out there with our kids. It already feels like such a special space for our family. We're also starting to add some personal touches around the pool area to make the backyard even more enjoyable, and the work Brian did gave us the perfect foundation for it. It's clear he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right. Even after giving an undeserved bad review, he still helped me with layout and technical info to further my project ! He's a stand-up guy all the way and I would endorse him and advantage pools ! The best of pool builders but offers great service after the pool has been built .What I love about Brian Cardiff and his team is that when I had interviewed several pool builders, I went with the one that I trusted the most. The determining facts to pick Advantage Pools builders is that they build homes for pool inspectors and I figured if they're good enough to build for pool inspectors they must know exactly what they're doing. couldn't be happier years later I still call on them for any questions I have and they continue excellent customer service beyond getting paid and finishing the job.

I had the great fortune to pick Brian's company, Advantage Pools Bay Area. I had unusual (some could say impractical) ideas about how to fit a pool into my "front" yard. It was a unique and problematic project. Instead of trying to talk me out of my ideas, Brian collaborated with me to make sure the pool was a success and that I was happy with the outcome. Due to the nature of the positioning of the pool there were several hurdles with the Permit Office. Brian's personal reputation and positive relationships with those in the office as well as his creative problem solving kept the project moving forward. This asset is invaluable and I could not have foreseen its need at the start of the project. We began early 2020 just ahead of the pandemic. Brian worked through all hurdles and kept up with timely communications with me and the subcontractors during this difficult time. His professionalism and calm demeanor was greatly appreciated. It also has to be noted that Advantage Pools Bay Area goes above and beyond using upgraded materials like thicker rebar than other contractors and for that I am grateful! Advantage Pools Bay Area stands by its work. When something comes up (often user error!) Brian and his people are there to lend a hand either providing information or coming to the site to see the issue themselves. A couple years after project completion rats ate through some wires creating a critical problem. Advantage Pools Bay Area and their subcontractors came out and solved the problem no charge even though this definitely was not covered under the warranty. They answer the phone and my questions consistently to this day and I am confident they will be there tomorrow. There are many pool companies out there that could have built my pool. I doubt there's another out there that would have done it with the professionalism and pride that Advantage Pools Bay Area did. After receiving four estimates, we chose Advantage Pools. Brian came across as honest and straightforward, guiding us through every step of the process. Throughout the project, we worked with Brian and Jason. Their pricing was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. Along the way, we changed our minds a few times, but Brian and Jason were always patient and accommodating. When the pavers wouldn't anchor the ground wire for the pool, as we thought they would, Brian personally stepped in to resolve the issue. Jason was always available whenever we needed assistance, responding promptly each time we reached out. The entire process took just over two months. In the end, we opted for a pebble bottom instead of plaster--it was a bit more expensive but absolutely worth it. We love our pool and frequently host parties with our children and grandchildren. One day, my son even remarked, "I can't believe we're a pool family!" We are thrilled with our decision to have Advantage Pools install our pool and highly recommend their services.

Our new pool is so beautiful that pictures don't do it justice. We've had such a wonderful experience working with Brian & Jason. I was really nervous about such a big project, but the experience couldn't have been any better. Brian truly cares about his clients like they are family. We started our project in February and it was done by May. Installing a pool is expensive, however, you get what you pay for. This is something where you don't want to cut corners. We actually found that most other well known companies in the Bay Area are charging substantially more than what we paid for. The equipment is great and easy to use. The saltwater system makes the water feel so much nicer. There is no gross chlorine smell. On a summer day, the pool can heat up to 89 degrees within an hour and a half. Our backyard looks better than we could have imagined and we get so many compliments on it. Thank you Brian & Jason.

From the moment Brian came to do our consultation my husband and I knew he was our guy! We had met up with 4 other companies and Brian was always our go to when we talked about pros and cons. After we met, he kept in touch letting us know he was always available if we had any questions. He sent multiple pictures of his previous work and even shared some of his hobbies relating to my toddler who loved big trucks. He let us know that he was willing to go above and beyond to earn our trust and help build our families dream pool. The contract Brian provided was very easy to understand, detailed to every size, price, what was included and not included and even what was promised to us in our meeting/consult. As soon as contract was signed he provided dates and gave detailed info on what was to happen and the stages we were in. If I had any questions a phone call was never missed and my texts were always answered by Brian and/or Jason his project manager. I probably asked some stupid questions but they never made me feel like it was and made sure I understood everything. His sub contractors always came on time, did their job efficiently and cleaned up at the end of the day. Even when our pool project was finished, Jason was always willing to come by if I had a concern about anything or would text me back with detailed info. Building a pool is no small and cheap project, finding and researching companies is very important. Our project finished in December 2023 and haven't been able to enjoy it till recently because the weather is finally heating up. My family and I love our new backyard and have been able to make memories with family and friends. It's only spring now but come summer it'll be so much more time spent in the pool. We wanted minimal simple clean straight lines for our new backyard! Brian and Jason are a great team and I would recommend them to my family and friends over and over again!!

Brian (owner) was referred to us by two of our neighbors for whom he built their pools. It's worth mentioning that one of these pools was built over five years ago and is still holding up strong. Brian is well informed about the process and takes great pride in the business he's built. We first met with him to obtain a quote for our pool. Brian walked us through the various steps, timeline, and even encouraged us to inquire of other vendors for services. After vetting a few others, we went back to Brian confident his team was the best for our job. We were genuinely surprised by Brian's encouragement to speak with other vendors and that the contract signing process was not high-pressure. He acknowledged that building a pool is a big investment and wants his customers to be satisfied with their decisions and the end result. Jason was the main contractor for our project. His role included coordinating with the subcontractors, timelines, inspections, and design. We asked Jason every question under the sun, from technical inquiries, common practices, practicalities, and personal preference. He always answered thoughtfully, reassuring us that he expected us to ask questions as building a pool isn't an everyday occurrence. Jason went out of his way by changing timelines to accommodate our schedules, sharing his technical expertise, and even assisting with communications of a sub-contractor we sourced for other elements of our yard. To our pleasure, both Brian and Jason were involved in our project from start to finish. The two worked seamlessly together ensuring everything was taken care of. On top of that, the subcontractors utilized also exceeded our expectations. Everything operated like a well-oiled machine, so much so, that our project was completed faster than originally anticipated. Experienced, friendly and efficient, are just a few of the positive things that cross our minds when reflecting on the overall project. We're incredibly happy with the outcome of our yard and have already begun to enjoy it even though it's winter!
